A brass compass and an unwritten page on a map

CoCreating.Works

The Workbook: a second pair of eyes that commits its read before it hears yours.

Every AI care tool on the market answers the moment you type. This one is built the other way around: it cannot speak before you think.

Sealed takes · named moves · care before philosophy

The mechanism

The sealed take.

At every phase of a case, the Workbook writes its own read and seals it with a timestamp before you have written yours. It opens only after you commit. Then you compare: your read, its read, and the three tests deciding between them.

Research calls the ancestors of this mechanism pre-registration, Delphi rounds, and the generation effect: generating your own answer before seeing another's measurably deepens what you learn. Care tools, as far as we can find, have no precedent for it. A formulation that is committed blind cannot anchor yours, cannot flatter you, and leaves a timestamped record of exactly what the instrument said before it heard you.

Authorship

Your read is written before the reveal, so it is actually yours. The instrument cannot lead the witness.

No flattery

A sealed take cannot bend to what you wrote. Agreement means something; disagreement teaches more.

Auditability

Every take carries its timestamp: a record of what was said, uninfluenced, and when.

The design rule

It cannot speak before you do.

The current wave of AI wellness chatbots answers instantly, which is exactly where the dependency worries come from. The Workbook is architecturally incapable of it. The tool can open doors; the person does the crossing. What it trains is your own formulation muscle, never a substitute for it.

How a case moves

Five phases, one honest page at a time

0

The care gate

Before any philosophy touches the situation, one question: is this a case at all, or does care come first? When care is what is needed, care comes first. The Workbook replaces nothing clinical, and that boundary is its opening act, not a footnote.

1

The case, written honestly

You put the situation on the table in your own words. The Workbook reads, and seals its take.

2

Dimensions

Which beliefs hold the situation in place, which were inherited and which chosen, what the fear is guarding, and the tender one: what keeping the problem currently pays. You commit your read first. Then the seal opens.

3

The reframe, with its move named

A different way of holding the situation, citing the philosophical move it makes by name, and stating plainly what that move must not be used to deny. Every reframe carries its own bypass closure.

4

Steps, sized to a real life

The path from reframe to lived posture: smallest first, each one something a person can actually do or decline. Judged later by fruits, not enthusiasm.

For professionals

A skeleton your profession will recognize

The bones are legible: the dimensions phase is recognizably collaborative case formulation, the payoff field is classic functional analysis, reframing is cognitive restructuring's home turf, and sized steps are behavioral activation with graded tasks. A clinician or coach will find the instrument readable on first contact.

What is new sits on top of those bones: the sealed take, the enforced order that keeps the person the author, reframes that name their philosophical move and close their misuse, and a care gate as the first act rather than an afterthought. And because every case keeps its sealed take, the person's independent take, the chosen reframe, the sized steps, and a fruits review after thirty days, the Workbook accumulates exactly the record an honest outcomes question needs.

Mindfulness entered the clinic by hiding its metaphysics. The Workbook is built the other way: philosophy in the open, named on every reframe, guardrails written in code.

Who gets it

Trained in CoCreating.Pro. Yours after.

Practitioners train on the Workbook inside the professional course: drill cases first, then their own practice cases, anonymized, under supervision. When the course ends, the instrument stays with them.
